Our goldsmith can resize the jewelry. If this is a GASSAN item then this service is normally free of charge. Any additional cost will depend on the amount of material (gold, platinum) or diamonds to be used. Jewelry other than GASSAN is sent to the service center of that particular brand. Then you will receive a quote within two weeks. However, the duration of the repair is fully depend on the amount of work our jewerly maker have on that day.
It is possible to engrave a jewelry. However, this should be first discussed with our goldsmiths, as not all engravings can be used for certain items. It is also very important to take into account the test marks and serial numbers on the jewelry.
The price to engrave a jewelry is € 22.00 per line and € 28.00 per two lines. We can also do engraving by hand and not by the machine. In this case the price is € 7.00 per capital letter and € 3.50 per small letter. Our staff will inform you when your jewelry will be ready for collection. Please note that you do not need to schedule an appointment, however the waiting time can vary by the amount of work at the workshop.
We do offer cleaning services for all jewelry except bracelets. For a yellow gold or rose gold the price is € 5.00 per piece. For a white gold jewelry we are charging €35.00 per piece, as this service always includes rhodium.
